Labor Heroes

Throughout the twentieth century, the Catholic Church has been blessed with preists who have proclaimed our Catholic Social Gospel not only from the pulpits of parish churches, but in the union halls, and picket lines. It is in these places that many Catholic union members were encouraged and inspired by the sight of their clergy standing beside them during these critical moments in their lives.

This page is dedicated to some of these priests, and it is this authors hope that it will inspire other members of the Catholic Clegy and religious to continue this outstanding witness and method of evangelization.
